Kutheni kufuneka udibanise unyango lokukhanya okubomvu kunye nokuphulula?

1. Ukukhululeka okunzulu kwemisipha kunye namalungu

I-RLT ingena kwi-5–10 mm kwizicubu, inciphisa ukudumba kwaye ikhawulezise ukulungiswa kwemisipha.

4. Ukunciphisa uxinzelelo kunye nokuxhalaba:

Sebenzisa isixhobo esiphathwayo okanye iphaneli kwiindawo ekujoliswe kuzo ezifana nentamo, amahlombe kunye nomqolo ongezantsi.

 

Ukhetho 2: Ngexesha lokuphulula:

Nxiba ii-RLT pads (umz. iFlexBeam) ezibotshelelwe kwiindawo ezibuhlungu ngexesha lokuhlikihla.

 

Ezinye iispa zodidi oluphezulu zibonelela ngeetafile zokuphulula umzimba ezixhotyiswe nge-RLT ukuze umzimba wonke ube sempilweni.

 

Ukhetho 3: Ukubuyela kwimeko yesiqhelo emva kokuphululwa

Faka i-RLT kwiindawo ezivuvukileyo (umz. amalungu aqinileyo) ukuze unciphise iintlungu ixesha elide.

 

Iingcebiso zobungcali zezibonelelo eziphezulu:

- Sebenzisa iioyile zokuthambisa ezifudumezayo (ezifana ne-arnica okanye i-CBD) ukuphucula imiphumo yokulwa nokuvuvukala ye-RLT.

Gxila kumaqhina kunye neendawo ezibangela ukuvuvukala, njengoko i-RLT inceda ekuqhekezeni ukwakheka kwe-lactic acid.
